Don't know if its just me or not and I understand that tanks are better being pyrex etc due to certain juices causing cracking and splitting, but does the same apply to drip tips? The reason I'm asking is that I prefer the acrylic drip tips just now but the majority of the fancy shinys that I see on here all have metal tips.Maybe when I grow up I'll graduate to metal tips

As someone who a long, long time ago managed to stick their tongue to a frozen metal lamp post it makes you wonder about what happens in the winter LOL

bonnieboyI hate to think what you were doing liking a lampost, but never mind whatever your needs are. the big problem of "cracking tanks" is where there is prolonged contact with the juice. Now if your not using the driptip like a staw you shouldn't have any problems. After all, all those Cheapo CE4's had plastice tips and never heard of any cracking problems there. Just use whatever you are comfortable with, as with all things vaping related it's very much a matter of personal taste.

its really personal preference bonnieboy I know of a fair few members here who dislike the feel of metal drip tips and vica versa The good news is that there are some lovely upmarket hand made lathe turned acrylic tips on the market, have a look at Garry Dibleys and Siam Mods acrylics, they are absolutely gorgeous!

I still hate metal drip tips. Trying to find some fancy plastic ones these days is a nightmare. Especially in pink.
Sent from me from some far away land.

I also saw some that are curved again in metal, the only ones in acrylic seem to be lighting up ones and that is maybe going a bit far

Thanks These look like they could be worth a shot, not sure about sending to U.S.A. for a drip tip tho, now if U.K. suppliers were to stock? Sadly for Roscopecotrain don't see any in pink

I like ss tips unless in the car then I'll use the only acrylic one I have as I can imagine having a Vape> pothole > dentist with ss tip. My folks are dog sitting next week as we on holiday and my step dadus a woodturner. Going to mention in his shell like about making some wooden drip tips.
