So I have been vaping for a few years now and since pretty much day one have used the same kit.....510 batteries (ego c upgrades at the moment) along with kanger cartomisers and grizwald juices (arctic cherry and cocomel).
I am not sure if I should try something other than the kanger cartomisers? I find them unpredictable. Some of them are great and can last quite a few days and have a good taste. Others are pretty crappy tasting from new. Not sure why.
Do you think I should try something else? If so, what?
Cheers

Well done on not succumbing to shinyitus If you are happy with your set up stick with it ... Once you start seeking the holy grail of vapedom you are doomed ... Fasttech .... Focalecig .... Protank 2 with airflow controller on a spinner2 is a good stRart ... Or a vtr... Or a vamo ... And tjuice red Astaire mmmm .... Then there's the mech route ..... Don't look or you will never stop

Sounds like you fancy a change superdon . . . and why not, a change can help reignite the interest. You don't have to go mad, something like a Vamo or MVP are both popular, reasonably priced devices. Tank wise, I've stopped at the Protank2 and other similar bottom coil tanks that take the same head, as I enjoy the vape and can re-coil them quite easily. Are you patient and can wait for a China delivery or would you want anything new in a couple of days?

When they are in a tank with adjustable airflow they come to life even more.

I find the Iclear 16s reliable on my Ego Twist, seem to last a few weeks. You can buy replacement coils.

Thanks for the replies.
I am not really looking to change my entire system, as I am skint. Was just thinking if changing from the kanger cartos to something else, but I m not sure how the alternatives work and if they will actually be better for me.

Oh, and ideally something that vapeescape sell, as that's who I normally order from.

I would give Virtual Vape coils ago, the feedback that has been left on here about them obviously blows the standard shop ones. And if its just the coil prob then its saved you money from buying new tanks etc

As you say Don , if it works it works why change it , the simple answer is progress on to better things that work well , a protank 2 is a nice simple affordable tank without going OTT , the coil heads seem to last a while and when its done just replace it job done , you come across as someone who can't be assed with recoiling and all that jazz as they say .

Sorry everyone. In the end when I posted this thread, I ended up just ordering my usual! Now time for another order, as I need a new battery, and I have done some more reading. I do like to keep things fairly simple, and cost effective. So that rules out some of the options above I think. I also want to keep things as discreet as possible, so smaller the better, however I work long shifts so need decent batteries.
I have read about, and think I now understand the glassomizers, so I think that's the route I want to head. Although I worry a bit about breaking the glass.
So batteries.....I was looking at Spinner II or maybe an Aspire CF g-power or Aspire CF VV. These seem well reviewed?
Paired with either a Protank 2 (or mini) or how's about the Protank 3, but I also read good things about the Aspire Nautilus mini and the Aspire K1.
Or am I missing other options?
How long do the heads last compared to my current Kanger cartos? I am thinking the heads should last longer than each carto?
Thanks again all, I just need a few more pointers on what to go for and where is cheapest/best to order from.

The vision spinner is a great battery for all day ( I have 2 of them) If you wanted to try a different tank Why not try these They are good for a budget and I used Cocomel for 2 weeks before I killed the first coil. You could have a look at this site love-vaping.com They are having a closing down sale. I have bought loads from there and all next day delivery Use the code discount20 for 20% discount
