Oh they are! No denying that BUT when I started there was really only one starter kit ... The Riva!!! Now there are so many I'm glad I've moved on.

It was a blooming good kit though Spikey My next door & next door but one neighbours are still using the Riva kits (with cartos) that I bought for them yonks ago. I've tried to get them to upgrade but they are happy with them. Got to admit that I'm gobsmacked that their batteries are still holding a charge

And then I got the spinner v1 and thought I'd gone to heaven! Needed a lot of coaxing to up the wattage!
Then shinyitus struck and hasn't really stopped!
