I'll probably end up buying the Aspire Nautilus BDC, unless peeps have better suggestions? Welcome. Do you mean BVC?

welcome to the forum Don't be afraid of mixing! It gets easy pretty fast, once you get used to it. Try not to buy too many concentrates in the beginning, it's addictive The nautilus is a good choice, but many people would agree with me that the new BVC coils are a big improvement on the old BDC ones. I haven't seen any full sized nautiluses being sold with BVC coils, but they will arrive soon I am sure. In the meantime, just buy some of the BVC coils that fit the nautilus mini and use them instead, they are completely interchangeable. Congrats on your new pastime

Thank you all Phew! I was just about to order the Nautilus from MyEpack, glad I checked back here first! But... now I can't decide between the nautilus or a rebuildable one !! The meth lab...err... mixing desk is sorted now - just waiting for the goodies to turn up. I went for a DIY kit first and bought a load of bottles from amazon (used a link i found in the mixology section) and two bottles of red astaire. I'll get some more concentrates that need steeping once I've got a bit more comfortable with it all. Thank you all for the welcome, I'll probably make a post with my mixing exploits as a beginner

Hi and . When mixing juices don't go down the drops/ml route, its not very accurate, get some graduated mixing cylinders. Although you don't need to be super precise, drops can vary so much in size, thicker liquid tends to give bigger drops than thinner. I use 10ml and 50ml cylinders, the 10ml ones are graduated 0-10ml in 0.2ml so they are near enough to judge your final quantities, the 50ml ones 0-50ml in 1ml divisions. Also use a good mixing calculator. Good luck with your new hobby .

What's so special about the Nautilus with the BVC coils - never owned one, never seen one in real life, only pictures on the net.

Sorry Arf how rude of me Welcome to the nut house and good luck when you start mixing. Red Astaire is a good one to start with - no steeping needed either, wish I had started with that juice but sadly only tried Red Astaire late in the game, over a year after taking up e-cigs, and now I love it to bits, and it only takes a few minutes to make up a bottle which is ready to go straight away, none of this waiting game
