Placed an order couple of days ago on Totally Wicked's sister site TECC and paid £9.99 shipping fee for some bottles of concentrates to Tenerife. Already got a discount by using the YoYo service they do and just now I got an email through from them in which it said:

As a gesture of goodwill I would like to credit your TECC account with the £9.99 postage that you paid on your first order.

Excellent news toots.
I know they get a lot of bad press, or at least totally wicked do, mainly I believe because of their prices, and yes they are more expensive when things are not on offer, but their stuff is quality stuff, and they are a fab company to deal with, ( I am referring to both TW and Tecc ).

you may even get a voucher in your order for money off next time.
