Sent an item back to fasttech on the 18th and it's been showing this on the Royal Mail tracking page for over a week and a half:
Status: It's on its way Your item, posted on 18/09/14 with reference RN049546890GB has arrived in OFFICE UNKNOWN and is being processed for delivery.
Anyone sent anything back using international tracked and signed for? Thought I might have managed to miss their holidays but looks like they're taking their time. Grrrr.

Yeah sounds about right damnit they said it'd take on average 5 to 8 days to arrive. Methinks they were pulling my leg. Wish they'd confirm it had been signed for. This is like waiting for something from err fasttech hah

And then it will be down to the post man to whether he scans delivery ? If an items worth anything Ive always found parcels to go pretty good and quick for international. Maybe a bit dear for a fasttech item though ?

Hopefully they'll get it signed for and update the tracking malarkey. At least they refunded the postage for now after I'd uploaded a scan of the receipt. £12.45 to spend on goodies once they open up again Ooh quick update. Turns out I needed to put the same tracking number into hong kong post and it's showing as delivered on the 26th of September. Nice of fasttech and Royal Mail to keep me in the loop. Pfffft this is more waiting about until at least the fourth till they open up again
