Mobile phone account hacked

Today I had an email from Vodafone thanking me for updating my details, The alarm bells began to ring straight away.
I hadn't used my online account for some years so I tried to log in without success.

Eventually I managed to log on and low and behold my Address had been changed to a London address and my email address had been altered slightly (more or less my name but with added digits).

I Called vodafone and explained the situation, they knew what had happened and it had been passed on to the fraud dep't (dunno why they couldn't tell me that earlier)

Apparently I have three phones now .

They say it comes in three's, One more to come

EE would give the fraudsters a better deal than I get!
