So you don't want to pick up the phone and discuss it with Ash (he's normally in the office after 2pm) but you're happy to make a post on a forum for all and sundry to see that could have implications for his business - seems to me like someone has their priorities or way of working a little mixed up.

myepack are almost notorious for being bad when it comes to email responses, a search of google will tell that. If it were me, I'd rather speak to someone and get a name and resolve any issues in that manner than rely on a form of electronic communication that can be deleted at the push of button, but hey each to their own and good luck sorting it out.

I have replied to your email which was sent earlier today, it could take a bit of time to reply to all the emails as we are very busy during the day its best to call during office hours if you have an issue that needs resolving.
