Problem with new Echo 1100

Hi there.
Just got new Echo 1100 Kit.Charged batteries till a light got green on a charger.Connected a cato which is working good with e-Power and nothing.A button lights orange but batteries don't work.
What I did wrong or there's a combination of pushes on a batton to make it work or just 2 batteries are just dead?
Any suggestions? :-[

The batteries will be fine Vitek. It sounds like whatever you are trying to use on them is not making contact with the centre pin on the battery.

What is the cartomiser that you have been using on the e-Power?

Have you filled and used an Echo Cartomiser on them?

I haven't try the Echo Cartomiser yet but I will tommorow as I'm out tonight vaping on old e-Power.

I could tell you how to adjust the centre pin Vitek, but it would be better if you wait until you fill the Echomiser and try that on them.

Fill it well (60-70 drops of e-liquid), let it soak for a while and then you should be good
