[Q]

@ukflavours I have my order ready to click Paypal BUT I cant find the option for free shipping, the only options are £3.99 or £4.50
Your website (& your sig on here) states free UK delivery so how do I get it?



All sorted now, thanks to Facebook, for reference there are TWO sample boxes, one is vaping the other is food, I managed to select one from the food range. Check your basket carefully

It's great to see a vendor taking time to listen to their customers, and also trying to be the best they can by introducing more and more options and selling their products at an affordable price. Glad to see you on here @ukflavours, and I hope you carry on for the foreseeable future. Will be ordering some stuff in the next couple of weeks.

Forgot to ask, will you be doing cake batter or pie crust concentrates? Would like to see these on the site if possible.

@ukflavours - thanks for my order which arrived promptly today, having been ordered on Sunday! I now have enough Vanilla Custard and French Vanilla to make a bucketful of VC so that will keep me and my friends quiet for a couple of weeks (plus a month for steeping, minimum!).
Great prompt service and superb prices, especially without any shipping costs!

Thank you for your comment, it really is appreciated to know our efforts are not missed either. We feel customer relations is extremely important in any business and we do our upmost to fulfill that in every way. 
We also try and source the best prices for you too, so if we can pass that on we will...and yes we will be introducing more pie crust flavours to the site, we already have Sweet biscuit that will be available ready for the weekend (very similar to Graham Cracker).

It seems you are wonder woman Sarah so I'm wondering if you can fix two things for me?

i) get an Aldi in woodside aberdeen
ii) fix the local greggsnuts....they have holes in the middle the size of the sahara (kind of takes the dough out of doughnut )

In the mean time your customer has chosen to email the MD, CEO's of these companies tee hee (and yes I got up at 2.30am if you think this is strange. ask Pepperty...she is sitting with me asleep on the crazy couch )

A very early good morning to you all

*** WEBSITE WILL BE CLOSED FOR APPROX 24-36 HOURS FROM 6PM TUESDAY 28TH OCTOBER***

Due to a few emails and calls regarding our flavour ingredients and the many issues and talks regarding ACETYL PROPIONYL & ACETOIN, we are closing the site to add all the relevant information for those who don't know much about this and to update the website to make it easier for those who buy from us.

As vapers most of us know the issues and concerns about the inhalaion of food flavours etc, but there still seems to be a lot of questions being asked. For this reason, if the website has all this info on, hopefully we can eradicate many hours on the phone.

Thank you for your patience whilst we complete this and I will update you once we are back on line

I just had my first ever order from @ukflavours today and there was stuff missing.

So I have emailed customer services with my order number so I hope they get around to sorting it before the website goes offline

I do understand that things dont always work perfectly and that sometimes things go wrong but WHY ME!!!
