Morning Guys.

**WEBSITE IS BACK UP AND RUNNING ***

Thank you for all your patience whilst we added a few things and changed the site around. We have had to change the layout of the site slightly (Flavours & E-Liquid Flavours) as people were getting confused with the many sections we had (our baking customers too). We also had many calls and emails regarding the flavouring ingredients so we have now added an E-liquid info section to explain the risks of vaping (which Im sure most of you already know). This is cover you as the vaper along with us as a company.

In a nut shell, nothing has changed in our products, just highlighting all we can as a honest and reputable vendor.

Ive just been informed your missing flavour was posted out on 28th Oct by 2nd Class Royal Mail, so maybe I was a little hasty expecting it to be with you by this morning.... Hopefully you should have it by tomorrow  ....please do let me know either way ....Regards Sarah

Sorry I haven't posted earlier but I have been out.

I received the missing bottle today so all is good and I am a happy bunny. Thanks

Also I think I know why it took so long (It was sent 1st class) There was a Royal mail label on the package saying checked by Revenue Protection, Home Counties North whatever that means

Glad you finally received it rughead121 RM do check the postage quite frequently when shipping liquids from what i understand.....but nice to have a happy ending

 Can you check the below orders when you have time, from just reading the above not sure if all are suitable for vaping. Thanks for the great service thus far.

Following all the research into using flavourings for vaping, we compiled an info page for this purpose on the safety and risks on our website. The E-Liquid section we originally had has been removed to stop confusion for our baking customers.

On the orders you have already made, the only flavour you will have a problem with is the Liquorice Extract as it is an extremely thick liquid and doesn't mix properly with PG or VG without separation.

No flavours we sell contain Diacetyl, however the Vanilla Custard, French Vanilla & Peanut Butter you have purchased contain either Acetoin &/or Acetylpropionyl. Both of these ingredients are replacements for Diacetyl Those with pre-existing lung damage from smoking may wish to avoid these so we have always highlight any flavours containing them.

Please note, suppliers who do not provide this information are not necessarily safer - they're just not telling you.
