I have had nothing but good service from Greyhaze on all orders i have placed with them, even when mistakes was made (very rare).
But as with all things in life some things can turn from good to bad....saying that the bad things can easily be resolved with feedback.

Thanks for the warning Marcus and I hope you get your delivery today. padiho I'm in the same situation regarding juice, ordered a week ago and still no sign of delivery. Postie has already been and gone this morning. Maybe it's the same vendor.

I've dealt with grey haze a cpl of times , never had a problem, sometimes genuine emails get put into the spam folder and the vendor doesn't see them, it's happened to me, hope you get sorted out Marcus

So my item arrived just now. Still have not had any emails returned or the promised phone call back.. Meh, it's done now I just won't be ordering from them again. And as for emails going onto spam.. They have replied to my product queries straight away. I sent multiple messages using their Web contact page, I also emailed back to my previous correspondence with them which is straight to their customer service representative. I gave them chance to apologise or even just acknowledge that they overlooked my order and should have taken the time to actually listen to me and take my order number but they haven't. Have nothing more to add on the matter, will just use one of the many MANY other vendors

I had a problem with them earlier this year, ordered some steel tanks and tips, one of the steel tanks failed to materialise and one of the tips had no o-rings (these were the signature-tips ones) so I emailed them, no reply, emailed again, no reply, phoned them, "we'll get them posted off today", week later emailed them, and again and again, eventually got missing items 2 months later - have not done business with them again.

How sad that a business that relies on good relations with the great British public neglects good communications. I have never bought from them, but will now think twice before doing so. There are many vendors out there who really go the extra mile to satisfy their customers, and they will have my repeat custom in future.

I was going to order from them but won't touch them now. They are registered on here since July last year. Something I hate is none communication when I've handed over money. Jeesh, its not like there aren't many good, decent vendors out there who do communicate.

Marcus I will say that I have used Greyhaze Billy | GreyHaze for the past six months now and never had a problem with them, I even call into the shop almost every week in Digbeth Birmingham and they are very helpful so I am surprised at your experience & fair play to them as it looks like Billy wants to put it right for you

I agree...will NEVER use greyhaze again
ordered £60 worth bits well before xmass...never arrived, eventually resent...never arrived ...wasted £5 on calling dhl several times only to discover greyhaze had not put house or flat number on parcel despite being on email receipt and invoice inside the parcel!!!!! hence why royal mail never delivered (ordered from e-cig shop same day came next day)
so over 2 weeks on an overnight order......and whenever i contacted them, i was just an annoyance and they couldnt give a sh*t
please dont use them guys
