i work in retail (vape) and if a item is faulty within 28 days we will replace or refund. After this it is down to the manufacturer (usually 60 days from purchase)
It doesnt seem right that they are offering a repair...if they agree its faulty you are entitled to an exchange (for same or other) or full refund
threaten with legal action if they dont do right by you

Try a 70/30 VG/PG ratio that should give you nice thick dense clouds and that tank should be able to keep up with wicking fine. There should be a wattage range etched somewhere on the side of the coil. From what i found online the Q2 Core is rated for 55-65W i would start at 45W to break the coil in and increase it a little at a time until you hit your sweetspot. The T8 is rated at 50-110W again start at the low end and work your way up until you hit a point that suits. exactly what he said! and welcome aboard

wisher that was a horrible thing to happen.... I work for a vape shop chain and I can certainly say in my store (and the others from what i know of the managers) there is no such thing as a stupid question....in fact your question wasnt stupid in the least, it was just a lazy ignorant staff member. Obviously retail shops need to make money, but I would rather someone is happy, and if they need to ask 100 questions I am happy to answer, they can even walk away without a purchase... and I have even recommended products we dont sell to people (shhhhh! dont tell the boss LOL) it should be 99% customer service 1% sales....a happy customer will hopefully return. Shame you not down my way. as someone said...just leave a negative google review

Hi all First time this has ever happened. New mech (Nookie v3) and rda ( prophet by vapor clouds) but the rda will not thread into mech properly. I can get a couple of threads screwed on but then the rest of threading is too wide to screw down!!!! Tried other rda's on the mech and other devices with the rda and all is good, seems to be just this combo which is very strange Any ideas?? Quite simple really, revenge by Nookie Bear for you decapitating Bungle! Those bears have a union ya know......... its seems like bones3 said....just one slightly big the other slightly small....as other attys work on the nookie and other mods work with the prophet just one of those unfortunate rarities i guess
