They're not superior jevans. It's all in their heads. Most people use twisted wire to save having too many types. In my case, to use up loads of .2 kanthal I bought ages ago. I can't say I totally agree, the twisted coils I've made do give a much stronger flavour and a bigger nicotine hit albeit at the expense of juice. The .3 ohm triple twist I made is a beast of a coil, the throat hit off that one was overwhelming.

What gauge wire is best for twisted coils, been wanting to try it out as everyone says flavour is better from twisted wire?

Ive twisted 4 strands of 30awg in a russian 91% & that came back at 1.0ohm (sorry cant remember how many wraps now) the flavour & vapour is awesome I think youve done a nice job nehctik, what does it vape like ?

It capes great, good flavour and the best cloud production I've had yet. I'm finding this single twisted coil to be better than the dual coil set up I had in it before at around the same resistance.
