Placed an an order on Wed last week and heard nothing since. Order shows completed on the website but no dispatch confirmation. They advertise first class shipping so it really should be here by now. Also no response to e-mails and phone cuts to voicemail.

Rob did reply yesterday to my second e-mail to say the order was delayed due to a late delivery of bottles (even tho mine state they were bottled last month ). He did say he would post on the forum to explain the delays. No discount code tho as stated in the op, emailed again this morning but no response yet. I guess he is just overworked, but suggest if anyone is still waiting, to keep prompting him. Good liquid but comms are dreadful.
