Magnifying light might be useful for coils etc, only downside is that it's battery powered they also have a small bits storage box thing which might be handy? Sadly blummin ipad is being awkward so can't put two links in one post! (Won't let me flick to Lidl web site without wiping my post!) however it's on the same page as the light

That magnifier is a bleddy good price, I paid £9.46 for something similar... from FASTTECH

I've got a few of questions , First - did it come with a UK plug , if not what did you do etc , Second - how big is the main lens , Third - can you remove the flip up lens lid easily ? Many Thanks Andy

If you want something more "portable" £1 world/land do fairly high strength reading glasses. And you don't even need a battery

I use my shaver/elec toothbrush adaptor works just fine unsure on size but seems just right and the lid just flips up/down for the lens also great storage for my coil building tools in the base.
