Mixed this on 4/10/14 at 50/50 6mg. Well what can I say, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
A golden pineapple and cake mix with a touch of maple syrup, oh sweet cake heaven. I must confess I do love recipes with cake batter in and this didn't disappoint.
It's a bit like Hawaiin Pud from Chefs Vapour, with maple syrup added. No offence to the Chefs, as their juices are fantastic, but this just edges Hawaiin Pud for me.
