I wouldn't buy a used Provari on ebay, No.
A mech or a cheap atomizer (clone), sure, why not?

I've bought and sold quite a bit of my e cig stuff on eBay. Only ever had a problem with one guy who clean ripped me off. He had 100% feedback from 5 people. The day after I made my purchase it dropped to 92%. Then he screwed me over and I left it too late to do anything about it. Tho did leave a justified feedback comment. And score of 82%. And He hasn't sold anything since. Have had no problems from that. Just always check feedback. If it's high count and score u should be fine.

There are lots of honest people trying to make a living on ebay, as well as dishonest, always check the feedback. PM me if you ever want towel warmers or rads

.........and make sure you pay with PayPal.
They always take the buyer's side if there are any problems and you get 40 days to make a complaint, etc.

Paypal lead you to beleive its 180 days but i can tell you it is not!!! This is what they sent me last week. Hello The complaint you filed (PP-0000000000) was opened after our 45 day deadline and as such, regrettably, we cannot look into this claim. It is necessary for us to cap the timeframe for opening a buyer complaint. We have found that in most cases 45 days is a sufficient timeframe for a buyer to notify PayPal that they have not received their item, or that there is a problem with the item that they have received. Additionally we are required to specify a set timeframe in our legal agreements. This lets sellers know that they should keep their postal information and other relevant transaction details for this period. It also reassures buyers that should something happen with their purchase within a 45 day period, they can open a complaint with PayPal. PayPal’s Buyer Protection offers an additional layer of security, however this does not affect your consumer rights and we advise that you contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards for further information. If you purchased the goods on an auction site you could also contact the customer support for that auction site to find out if they have a protection policy in place. We also recommend that you stay in contact with your seller in order to reach a resolution. If you'd like more information please have a look at our User Agreement. You can find it by clicking on the 'Legal Agreements' link at the bottom of any PayPal page Sincerely, Cian Protection Services
