Any juice to stay away from?

ahh finding flavours you like is the next step, theres plenty that are palatable but you want to work through flavours and find stuff you love!

But luckily vaping doesnt get boring because there's so much to try out
Tastes are unique so its not something we can recommend, I've tried out quality premium juices that some members love ---but taste like drain cleaner or furniture polish to me!

I'm sure you too will find stuff that tastes like perfume, baby sick and washing up liquid but thankfully there are many many lovely e-juices out there for you to try ..honest! Tease-smiley

I love www.vapingking.co.uk - I've not had bad juice from them. They're on the expensive side, but it's mighty tasty if you like sweet or dessert flavoured juice.

One small issue with that kit. The evod glass is a dual coil 1.5ohm clearomiser. They'll be a bit weak on a standard battery.

All the starter kits I've looked at are 1.5ohm. The evod glass, the normal evod and the emow starter kit. Also is there any chance you could go into a little more depth about ohm's.

OneZeroNyne try to pick your batteries with at least 1100mah otherwise you will be charging them up every couple of hours, an 1100mah would last you most of the day as long as you were not chain vaping.
The higher the mah the longer the battery lasts between charges.

Hi dinamic22 , thanks for the suggestion! I was thinking the two 650mah batteries you get with the evod starter kit would be fine considering if I run out, I could just swap the battery out.

All the following are on Myepack & what you would need to start with. 2 x KANGER EVOD 1000 MAH BATTERY +
2 x KANGER MINI PROTANK 3, 1 x FAST EGO USB CHARGER, 1 x UK IPHONE STYLE MAINS USB ADAPTER
This would give you a good reliable kit to start with.
Total cost = £41.00 approx, you could spend this in 4-5 days on fags

You would also need these as spares as 1 coil lasts approx 1 week before needing changing or cleaning.
spare coils 5 x PROTANK & EVOD COIL HEAD.

They would be ok but 650mah would probably only last 2-3 hours so within weeks you would probably be looking for something that lasts a bit longer.
I started on the same type of batteries that i have mentioned above & used them for 7 months with no problems, i am now using Mvp's as they last 3-4 days between charges.

The resistance (the ohms) is only half the story.

I use small devices most of the time (Spinners mainly) and sometimes plain Myepack evod batteries.

The dual coil clearomisers seem to require a lot more power than the 'old' single coil Kanger clearomisers. In fact, I would go so far as to say that I prefer a single coil 1.8ohm atomizer over a dual coil 1.5ohm one.

A dual coil 1.5ohm runs two 3.0ohm. They seem to take longer to heat up and produce less vapour for the same power.
The popularity of dual coils i.m.o. is based on more powerful mods and much less chance of a straight burn-out at high power. You can't vape a single over about 8 watts with a factory atomizer, as soon enough you'll get a dry hit. Take a dual up to 10 or 11 and the vapour is back and there's little chance of a dry hit.

Horses for courses, for sure, but for me, on a simple battery, the dual coils are less good.

Then again... if you bought some handmade coils for your evod glass once you've used up the bundled ones, they'll be single coil and beat everything else hands down in a fight.

I'm planning on making a single coil (handmade) for the Nautilus BVC atomizer.... this is where things could get interesting.

For my money, at this time, if I was buying a plain 650mAh battery, I'd use an Aspire ET-S tank with a BVC head and give the Kangers a miss completely.

It's not a comprehensive list but the one HERE is not bad to have a look through when you have some spare time OneZeroNyne. You might find something that blows your hair back. Most of the vendors on there are reputable and well liked.

I do think LT e-cigs is great for liquid, not too basic, not too clever, good honest juice for the price.

I don't like any of the cheap juices... in fact, I've wasted too much time and effort with the £1, £1.49 brands. They are not good i.m.o.

I agree with this totally.

I started out with LT ecigs, and their juices are fab for the money. ( Avoid tirimusu , only bad one though sp )

I have tried loads of the ones less than £2 for 10ml and they are mainly rank.

2014 , a year with some good news about tanks and batteries. I.M.O. you have to start with : Aspire CF VV+ 1000mAh + Aspire Nautilus MINI BVC . This kit not only looks good in your hand ,you will have the advantage of a good ego style battery with a quality clearomizer + a very good and easy to change coil. This kit is only a bit more expensive but you will be a happy vaper . I can't recommend to you any juice ,your taste is your taste ,just try some samples from a good company. Hope this helps.
