I've been vaping for a month now and as I go on I feel like I'm getting less and less from my e-cig. I've got two socialite batteries and I'm ok with them, but I'm not happy with the clearomisers. Within a few weeks the liquid goes really dark and loses it's taste, what am I doing wrong??

Welcome donnybelLiquid will go darker in almost any tank. However, what Socialites sell is a rather outdated design (top coil clearomiser CE4) which is renowned for getting a gunky coil which will turn the liquid dark. Also, many users are lucky to get more than a few days before the entire thing is burnt and yukky. Socialites are a low-quality, excessively-high-price brand. In fact those tanks they sell 2 for £9.99, can be bought for 84p each. That's how much Socialites are ripping people off. Have a look at Myepack for a new type of tank. You could try something like an iClear16 or evod or mini Protank. myepack.co.uk/clearomizers.html?p=4The iClear16s go on for weeks and weeks. They have replaceable atomiser heads, which last time I looked were £1.40 each if you buy 5.

The clearomisers are iclear16s, a friend gave me a few of hers when I killed the originals, she also said they would work out cheaper because some of the bits are replaceable. Which bits does she mean? I've seen pictures of coils that are replaceable, they look similar but I couldn't see any wicks in them. As you can tell I'm not into building stuff lol!!

ahhh, that looks good (after closely inspecting a clearomiser!), how often do these need replacing? After browsing the forum I realise, as time goes on, that I'll be able to do alot of stuff myself

If you can keep the wicks wet (by swilling around the liquid) these can do weeks-months, I kid you not. Worst case, you can soak them in water for a while, dry them off and actually dry-burn all the crap off them. They are epic! I found they got a little too much condensation in the tip for me which eventually seems like they are leaking.

Thank you Vaping Bad, I'm in Yorkshire, do they have meetings there? I think they had one tonight and it looks like they are monthly so keep an eye out in a couple of weeks time for them announcing the next.

Greetings and to AAEC donnybel As has been said, Social lites, Liberty Flights etc are over priced and as such should be ashamed of themselves for ripping the newcomer off.
