Having a look on Alibaba there are a couple of different manufacturers with them.
Even at £100,still 1/6th the price of the authentic...

I'm not so sure they will be a massive seller, I could be wrong, but with the recent boom in 50 W+ mods I reckon a lot of people will have got one and found that they don't use all that power and the people who do use the power have probably ordered a God mod.  That still leaves people who like the ascetics of this so the will sell.  These things are cheap nowadays, but not like the mech mod clones some collect.

point number 4 on the picture makes me think they arnt using lipos like the original does, if that is the case i wonder what size battery it will take?

18650 I would imagine, and no I could pretty much guantee they aren't gonna be using lipos..

Jesus Christ, the idea of some of the Chinese cloners playing around with lipos is bloody scary

They will have more than enough skill and knowledge to use lipos if they can make one of these that work, more of a concern is if they skimp on quality to keep the price down. If it is 18650s it maybe 3 in series (stacked) meaning you should really get 6 new very high drain quality 18650 just for it (same goes for all the recent high power mods using stacked batts) and that pushes the price up quite a lot.

Average of £14 a pair...£42 for 6 brand new batteries... Let's say £100 for the device.. So still under £150 for the clone of a £600 device.

TBH I couldn't see them using 3 x 18650.. Far too big.
Look at the "god" that's 3 18650 and it's absolutely huuge.
I couldn't see how you would run 200w on 1 or 2 18650s safely.. Imagine the (lack of) battery life.

Maybe someone will be able to get one and fit a lipo in it?

I just can't compare it to the price of the original as that was 2 or 3 times what I think it should have been Marcus. We will see in due course what batteries it uses as specs on Alibaba often seem to be a mash up, particularly for new releases, I have been searching for "Origen Genesis v2" and keep seeing drippers with genesis in the name or description.

Yeah but the rest tallies up with other sellers i.e 250 watt & 2 x lipo batteries
