Ok so I've asked a new vaper question today and now I have one of my own.
Is anyone using a Squape R with mesh and what is your conclusion?
I have a Kayfun v3.1ES, Spheriods, and a Heron I enjoy all of them and each suits certain devices and occasions. I also added a Kracken due to my penchant for tobacco flavours. With a bit of patience to learn how to build with rope and mesh the flavours in tobacco really come out.
The kracken is a stay at home mod for obvious reasons and as I spent much on my time outdoors, I have a camper van that I go away in throughout the year and of course a dog, and I'd like to experience the full flavour of the tobaccos out and about and reckon the Squape R with a mesh build might be the answer.
Anyone got any opinions on that or suggestions that may be better. I did see a review of the Squape R where the guy said that advancements in the design of the Squape R and Rose V2put it streets ahead of the Kayfun, I took that with a pinch of salt, but maybe either of them would bring out the flavours much more anyway.

I also think the Squape R is streets ahead of the Kayfun and also ahead of the Rose V2, all very similar designs but the Squape R is the best of them. I did try mesh in mine and it worked very well but I still prefer Japanese cotton or Rayon for a wick.

I saw a tutorial on setting up the erlkonigin clone using mesh, though slightly different as they put 2 small mesh wicks either side in the juice channels!! Guy absolutely swears by it.
Never got on with mesh personally, found it a bloody PITA to set up.

Yes Marcus building dual coils with rope and mesh on the Kracken certainly tested my patience. There's a double advantage when vaping many tobacco e-liquid, the enhanced flavour and once you're set it's very durable so needs minimal maintenance.
