Just a follow up on me trying to purchase the sigelei 100w box bod and being fobbed of with stock level First i went on the pre order email notification and got email SAYING IT WAS IN STOCK, 3min later went to order and guess what, not in stock Second email saying it will be in stock the day after guess what not in stock Third email be in stock with in a week guess what not in stock Fourth email 2 weeks later i ask when will it be in stock along with my disappointment on the customer service iv'e received (about a page long) Final email from Karl at @ukecigstore seven words ( it's been in stock in the meantime) WTF does that mean, so i called him and he said it's been in stock but not now, Let me tell you i visited the website allday everyday so eager to pick one up and it was never in stock. Apparently Karl is the only person you can talk to, so i thought i would post on facebook my concerns and guess what, they took it off 1hr later SO I PUT IT ON AGAIN. All in all i thought they were a professional company and i am a creature of habit and used them in the past but now that's it, i have just put my order in with myepack along with future business By the way if you call sales or customer service you end up with Karl the multi tasker in both departments and dont ask to speak to someone else because according to Karl they are all busy and dont return your calls RANT OVER

It was due to their poor customer service that UKecigstore was banned from this forum, several months ago.

I won't use them. I don't like them. I won't sup beer with them.
I don't forget I stand by members of this forum who also won't forget.

Just my 2p worth, I have used them in the past, never had a problem with them, BUT do think their prices are always more than anywhere else for similar products, I just wish that we could find a more supportive vendor for the Vape meets in London.

But do you actually need vendor support? Surely its a forum affair and goodies are just an added bonus ... I'm not being contentious, just asking

Perhaps in the interests of impartiality it would be more appropriate to not have any sponsorship or whatever else one could call it. Are they paying for the venue or are they organising it. I think not.
There are so many good, decent vendors out there who make good money but in return offer a good service all round .Do any of them offer similar. Why not?.... they don't need to.

It wouldn't bother me if they didn't, but it's nice to win something and some of the prizes would have suited me.

Unfortunately I never had a chance to go to one of the LSE meets. This is really for two reasons , first, my wife works all day on a saturday , so I do father/son things with my 5 year old.By the time my wife gets home and I started to get up to London by train it would be between 8pm and 9pm , so not really worth going.Second , we don't earn that much money between us and I couldn't afford London prices for food and drink.
I wouldn't mind if UKEcigstore is there or not ( I wouldn't NOT go if there wasn't a raffle ) , for me , the meet is for me to meet people , talk s**t and maybe pick up some tips for future purchases.Members here and elsewhere is where the knowledge is and if this forum is anything to go by, then the help will be overflowing.
There was a thread started for a Surrey meet, but hardly anyone replied, which was a pity.perhaps we could start it again, or maybe a Sussex meet , i just don't know.
This year the only time I could have met other members was at Vapefest , it was just my luck that I didn't see anyone else with one of Chris's badges , just call me Billy NO Mates , lol

I agree with above, no comment on company as not used them, but the raffle adds to the overall evening and I have in the past won stuff that has gone onto good use with new vapors, and this week a member kindly donated his prize to my partner who is just starting out into vaping. I'm sure our meets would be just as good without a sponsor, but it's nice for us and hopefully nice promotion for them, so everyone wins. MP

I'm not being contentious, just asking I raised that point on a few occasions, when I used to frequent the LSE meets......sadly, it fell on deaf ears.....I personally thought the meets would have been better without them......I also think the word "sponsor" was a tad over exaggerated............. "Life...........is just a bowl of tricks!!!!!!"
