You have all your equipment out on the table and are in the middle of a 100ml batch mix and in the middle of syringing the concentrate...it spills all over the darn table! Now gotta order more concentrate or I'm gonna run out of my ready mixed...rant over!

There are various pitfalls I have experienced in my mixing career.
1) Running out of VG halfway through a megamix session - and it's Saturday 5pm so there's NOWHERE available within a 20-mile radius that stocks it and can sell it outside normal pharmacy hours!
2) Running out of the concentrate you really need (like VC in a VC mix - doh!).
3) lack of bottles
4) your last syringe needle attachment breaks!
