Mrsmac - Mark has already PM'd me. He hasn't be banned by the forum, so it does look like his mobile provider routed him via a dodgy IP addie that proboards support have on their ban list.

I did email Chrissie who was quick to respond and very helpful - explained the vagaries of mobile IP addresses and Proboards. Prefer the new login name anyway ;-)
