Hey guys so I've had my vape for around 2 days now and was working fine. I just cleaned out old coil and tank and put in a new coil while the other one drys. Changed juice and have let it settle.
Problem is now it won't fire. Turns on ok but when I go to fire there's nothing. Starting to get a lil worried now, any help would be appreciated. My tank is the emow mega and I have a evod vv 1600 mah battery.

OneZeroNyne so is it working now? When raising the centre pin, I use a small flat headed screwdriver and just very gently raise the pin. I tend to run the screwdriver around the pin. Try not to screw the tank down too tightly. You could also check your new coil and make sure the wire part is not shorting the battery out. Is it a coil that you have redone yourself or one out of the packet? Have you got another coil head you can try?........Sue

Hey sue1952 I'm doing exactly that and it's still not firing. It was another coil I got out of the packet of 5 that came with it. Should I try a new coil?

Yes try another coil. There are far too often dud ones in a pack. I have had a whole pack of duff ones before now!

Does the Evod display any lights if you try firing without the atty on it?

as above OneZeroNyne. Explore every possibility. Make sure your battery is charged, check another coil head in it etc, etc. Let us know how it goes. As Q has said does the battery light up without an atty attatched?...............Sue

Well done OneZeroNyne you were unlucky to have a dud on your first coil change, but it's all a learning process

Good job done OneZeroNyne. JJ strawberries and cream my absolute favourite. I buy the concentrate and mix my own mmmmmmmmmm. Make a list now and we'll have you recoiling your old heads and mixing your own juice. Don't throw any of your old heads away. Put them in a plastic bag or Tupperware box or the like and we'll teach you to recoil them between us............................... .........................Sue

Yep, keep all old heads OneZeroNyne - even if you don't fancy recoiling them yourself, saving you loads of money, someone else may kindly offer to do them for you
