I was gonna build an app for this, but realised Apple users would be left out. So I'm building it as a html page on my own server for any browser. Feel free to click Here whenevr the fancy takes you, to see the progress. It's a live page so it'll update regularly, every 40 seconds as of now

Great plan! Is the intention for it to provide a stream or a downloadable file?

Basically it relays all the available info there is on the server, and provides a stream via a downloadable playlist (the four images)
Currently working on replacing those images with the forum banner to stream directly. May even add a player for those who are currently having problems with the stream.

Great idea. Might I suggest creating a looping stream of all the Music Game entries and perhaps another with all the AAEC Jukebox plays (both will need a little string work to find the tracks).

If anyone wants to pay the licence fees then I can set a 'request' system up. That's the unfortunate thing with shoutcast, as it's in the public domain, so long as the listeners can't control what's playing it's covered by my Public Performance Licence. Anything above that gets expensive.
I know I do it for the live shows, but I get away with it being classed as a private performance (private party)
Being a site radio any 'registered' member can put requests in for what is loaded into the AutoDJ, but still there's no control over when tracks will be played.

I had a feeling it would be like that. What I was envisioning was a method of uploading some formatted XML list of tracks gleaned from those two threads into some kind of play list config file or similar (I don't know anything more than a few minutes jumping around their wiki. Random play lists I like (I love SenseMe on the Sony Walkman) Listening now - rather nice. Thank you.

RipshodWorks fine for me at work on XP using chrome but ......... does it have to start playing at full volume when you visit the page edit to add ..... the "current song" title at the top in blue is quite hard to read against the black background - well it is to me lol

Working on IF & FF Win8.1 64 bit, I have never seen so many non-breaking spaces, suggest looking into aside and section html5 elements and have something like this in the css:
aside { width: 100px; display: inline-block; vertical-align: top; } section { width: calc(100% - 100px); display: inline-block; vertical-align: top; text-align: center; }
