Well, the iStick puts out the Wattage as mean which in effect means a wattage shown on the screen of the iStick is higher than the equivalent shown on a RMS (normal type) of device.

I'm using a mini Nauti 2 ohm BVC coil on mine.

Just start low and work up to find your sweet spot.

They wick fine at higher voltage and I like the intensity. Experimenting ultimately is the best option to find what works for you though
