I have just re-coiled and wicked my Russian V2. A bit tired and ended up with a 2.0 ohms coil using 30awg and 2mm screwdriver. I was aiming for seven wraps but I ended up with nine, hence the 2.0ohms. Normally I like to be around 1.6 for GVC. Guess what....it is vaping like a champ at 9.0 watts on my Vaporshark rDNA, full of flavour and lots of dense vapour. Obviously I know nothing about building because I would never have intentionally built at 2.0ohms. I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have had in 9 months of vaping. You learn something new every day.

When using a regulated wattage device the resistance is way less important than The wicking and coil coverage. The small rise in resistance just means your mod is calculating a slightly higher voltage to Achieve the same delivered wattage.
