Just had a reply from site owner and the returns policy is there at bottom of page when selecting the item and he will update full contact details. 

As as I said one was an oversight the other was there when selecting an item.

hope this clears up the reported problems.

In fairness the rules and regulations for setting up a new business whether it be online or otherwise , are pretty vague .

I know I'm in the midst of it now !!

There is no-one to hold your hand and guide you through ( unless you are setting up whilst unemployed ) .

Give the guy a chance to pull his finger out .

It's all so easy when you think about it , but putting everything into practice shows where the problems lie , and it's either back to the drawing board or roll with it in the hope you get it right .

I'm not saying that the information is not out there , what I am saying is nobody tells you where it is or how to use it .

No-one tells you that you need public liability insurance ( in my case ) , I do however realise that I need it , therein lies another story in trying to find out which kind of public liability insurance I require for my operation .

For someone who has never operated or owned any business , whether it be online or otherwise , it isn't a walk in the park when trying to get set up and also trying to do the right thing as well as serving your customers.

Thankfully I won't be operating my business online even if I have a website .

Anyone setting up an online business can easily add a link in their T&Cs
