In fairness, that also applies to other Vendors when they run promo's - Provari's are excluded mxethey.

I * think * it's part of the stockists agreement with Provape, they set the price they want the device to sell it. If it's discounted, then a stockist will likely lose the agreement thing that I can't think of the name of right now, 

I can understand that with provari, they make it clear, but if you say 30% of everything else you would expect that.
The sigelei is not discounted like the last sale they had.
Would be a good idea if they said most items

They do say some items are excluded in the email I recrived.
