I know how you feel@ripshod . Been off work today with the same, passed onto me from our youngest. Was in bed vegitating until about 3.30pm. Just couldn't find the energy to lift myself out of bed, except for the occasional mad dash to gods white telephone to cry out for Hughey and Ralph.

Been vomit and squirt free since about 5pm though so hopefully on the mend and back to work tomorrow.

Hope you recover soon as well.
