Oooo, I wouldn't say you were moaning Evan, just reporting your findings, plus it's always good to know if anyone else has had a similar experience . . . I always think things are just sent to try me and me alone. Fingers crossed HC sort something out for you.

Yer, i have found e-cig retailers ot be very good in regards to customer services, LF for example I had a really dodgy batch of 501 atties and they had no more in stock so gave me store credit.

That was decent of LF to do that Evan and I'd completely agree, we are very lucky with the vast majority of our ecig Supplier's . . . I had a Silver Bullet, that developed switch problems ( out of warranty ) I was more than happy to pay for a repair . . . but Toby at IVapour contacted Chad the maker and he agreed to give me a brand new one. Exceptional service I thought.
