which way in does the battery go?

Have just received a nemesis from Jeff, which way in does the battery go?  I am a numpty with batteries, don't know with end is +ve or -ve!!!

If you are not using a kick it shouldn't matter that much, but the 'button' end is +positive and the correct way is for that to be UP

yes atty end, it is safe practice to do it this way but as its a mech it shouldnt matter.....nems do work better with pos up but the sting rays for instance work better with flat top batteries inverted...lovely short throw and no misfires this way


i was told that by inverting the battery in a mech it would make a normal short a hard short though but since its never happened to me i cant say for certain if this is true

button top towards the atty on a nemi
tbh it dont matter what way round a flat top batt is fitted as your only completing a circuit
button tops its down to the switch
