How is it dangerous,what they could do it 5, 10,000 years ago but with our superior knowledge, we can't walk up steps, jesus you couldn't fall off it if you tried? Ah got it, there are no elevators for the yanks.

 to be fair, if you did fall off the top, there is nothing to grab on to, to stop you bouncing all the way down to the bottom... the steps are only about 6 inches deep but 12 inches tall, so it is quite steep!

T'was about 4 or 5 years ago myself and lesley walked up to this, But no health and safety in Egypt lol Surprised we made it, and that's nothing to the extinct Volcanoe I dragged her up in France LOL

BTW, those blocks are at least a mtr tall.

We went there in 2013 and were most annoyed that we weren't allowed to climb it, still a magical place though
