It's ok, a bit overrated on the net I think for what it is.
The board in it is total crap though, probably the worse DNA 30 board ever made.
Vaping it at 7 Ws is just as hard hitting as if i was vaping at 15 W on my real DNA 30

Never mind, going to throw a DNA 40 in it anyway..

Need a few more sleeves though, i do like the dark sleeve I got..

Nice work -V- got to be a massive improvement on the chip it came with and ooh you must be furious about the scratches. Should polish out though.

It was a great improvement using standard kanthal coils

However using a nickel coil wasn't so great..lol..








This dna 40 chip was one of the first ones i bought in November, and I had problems with it so I sent it back to Evolv
I got it back mid December
Looks like the problems are still there
I've sent another e mail to evolv

This only happens with nickel and temp mode, normal mode then the screen is fine

I just purchased one if these from fastech on looks alone, athough it reads the chip is better now I am planning to put a dna40 board in it. Anyway the little research I did beforehand was the buttons can be used but you need to make a new button board or new buttons can be added quite easy....pretty sure there is a few discussing on the fastech forum.

There's not really enough room inside for that...

great work -V- i really like the look of that mod it dont look bulky what i thought it was

its not that bulky but for a single 18650 mod its really heavy think just over 250 grams
