A little update, as we've been working our way down the boxes we've been getting a few dud cells amongst the ones we've tested. The maximum was 1 dud 18650 in a batt, it averages out to about 8% duds among 300 batts at the moment. The duds still work we're just being quite zealous in our rejection policy.
In the following list I have taken the liberty of bumping up a few people to 2 batts to over allow for the duds. Anyone who wanted 2 and now wants 3, please feel free to copy-and-paste the list with amended amount. If I've missed anyone, apologies, or your just adding yourself again please copy-and-paste and add yourself and your requirements.(anyone who amends the list so the handles work will get automatic entry at the pearly gates)

some lovely looking mods , and credit to you.
dont give up , hang in there , you obviously have talent for making these .
I am doing all the homework that I can before my build and ordering the parts as and when I
am happy and read up on them.
keep going bud the more you do the easier it becomes ( so I am told )

the vase is only to show the type of voids thst will need to be filled
the resin will be mixed with a colour and then applied to the mod
might be sqare( ish) in shape but nor decided on final design yet

Hi there Pete here,I would like to find out about using clear casting resin for making 
Some parts for my DNA 30 mod.
I was wondering if you or anyone you might know can point me in the right direction?
Idealy I would like for someone who is already setup for making casting to maybe have 
a chat with them about what I would need that is all.

I have never worked with the banksia nut before,I have had it on linisher ( large flat belt sander )
and it seems quite hard / tough .
My plan is to make some blanks with the resin filling all the voids in a bright aqua blue colour
then start to machine it using various router cutters and a pillar drill.
I think the resin will be Alumilite clear cast with some pigments and pearlex powder
( still need to read up on this product to be sure first)
