Some of you will have seen various posts about UK ECig Store allegally selling fake Sony VTC5 batteries since August this year, they have now confirmed this was the case, here is the email they sent to some of their customers today: This was taken from hereIf you have bought VTC5 from them since August, stop using them and get a refund either from the vendor of PayPal. E: Copy and paste blogger on the same issue link, not that I'm any better and it's important info that need to be prominent, but in F1 new sites these people are called bottom feeders as they just regurgitate others content.

An apology that says it is not there fault and not uncommon at all, is not a real apology.

An apology that says it is not there fault and not uncommon at all, is not a real apology. They originally tried to blame Xtar (they were sold as tested or certified by Xtar) as the supplier, but Torchy asked Xtar if the sold them the batteries and they had not.

I don't know much about them but everything I have read doesn't seem pleasant. And that statement was defiantly void of any actual apologetic sentiment. Personally had I bought one I wouldn't of had too much of an issue, mistakes happen but those types of admit no liability statement really grate on me.
