I'm sure it's 6mg or 0.6% in this case. Yes, I'm pretty sure that is correct (6mg) BTW out of interest EJMU will calculate a recipe at 0.6mg, although it would be a very random figure to mix at.

0.6mg/ml would be the same as .06% Nicotine or a tad more than 1 part nicotine per 2000 parts the whole solution. i.e. effectively zero or at best homeopathic levels of nic. Mind you I worked that out in my head; where is the back of a fag packet when you need one.

I checked my tobacco pouch this morning and the roll ups I smoked were 6mg of nicotine. The juice (learnt that one now) I have is 0.6% or 6mg/ml. 42 hours in and all is well so far, haven't even thought of reaching for the old tin or my zippo. Rocking cherry at the minute and going through a tank a day roughly. Not bad I don't think. Got a niggly cough coming but it's bareable as long as my lungs appreciate it later.

You'll find that as the tars etc. clear from your lungs that you will become less susceptible to coughs. I had a very bad cough (smoked for 46 years) and now I've not had a slightest wheeze and I regularly got bronchitis every spring and autumn but no problem this year so far.

Vaping can dehydrate so you will need to drink more, I'm now never without a glass/ bottle of water.
Keep an eye on coughs and sore throats as it may mean you are intolerant to some ingredients, most commonly pg in ecigs, we can suggest other liquids if needed.

Yeah I used to have a chest infection every 3 months when I smoked. No chest infections in 3 years. The odd wheeze. Slight PG intolerance. Mixed around with my PG/VG for a wee while. Sorted... Also with all that water you will soon be drinking (if you think you need it and you are dry mouth/thirsty - drink it - you need about 4 Litres or more a day to OD on water) make sure you mouthpieces on your water bottle don't get gunked else they can also cause wheeze (I have a camel bak eddy and those you can wash out the mouthpieces. I personally bleach 'em) Sounds like you are doing just fine Kyle_T and welcome to our lovely mad crazy forum

Well a few days in an still doing well. Got the most annoying soar throat, sounds like I'm loosing my voice lol. Had some bloody good nights sleep the last couple of days and already the tiredness has dropped off. I guess this is all some of the benefits of giving up.
