Not just comparing nicotine to caffeine, this guy is added "cheese" and "video games" to the mix. I have no personal experience with trying to give up cheese so ill have to take his word for it.

I didn't like the for profit bit. I don't get it, we have all these articles, reports and studies showing what anybody that's come from smoking to e-cigs knows within 2 weeks, it's not rocket science, really it's not.
