just posting to expose my case :

last week ordered a cloupor  mini from evkoo (Order 300000009), wich was supposed to be in stock.The order is still "processing" .This is a joke.
I´m seriously suspect they actually have no cloupor minis in stock despite its announcement.

If tomorrow my order is not "shipped" I'll ask for refund my money within 24 hours (or dispute to paypal).

Sorry to hear of your troubles . . . . alex05 from Evkoo posts on the forum regularly, so hopefully when he reads of your issue he may be able to help.

Generally he's around early hours of the morning, UK time.

You may well be right paracelso Evkoo do have a bit of a habit of showing things as 'in stock' on their website when they actually aren't but when they do dispatch orders arrive quickly in comparison to some other Chinese sites. alex05 has been very good as resolving issues here on the forum so I'm sure he will give you some information on your order to aaec.

It´s my first order to evkoo and I am somewhat concerned..

I'm used to order to FastTech where, as you know surely, the shipping time is really eternal but they are quite serious about the merchandise in stock.

I understand your concern paracelso, quite a few of us felt like with our first orders. I have ordered from them quite a few times now and everything has been fine in the end. I will happily reorder because alex05 always responds to my questions on here and seems eager to put things right

Hi Jose, sorry for the confusion caused. We didn't receive the promised quantity from the manufacturer this Monday. Another batch will arrive our warehouse in 24 hours, and I promise your order will be processed in 48 hours. We can offer you a full refund now if you don't want it from us.

Anyway,I think it´s a good practice not to offer items wich are not actually in stock.A company depends on their providers and they play odd tricks sometimes.

Order No.100001611 1/16/2015 Clive Rose $51.99 Processing !

I originally ordered the IStick 50w on the above date, a couple of days later I sent an email requesting to change the order if possible to the Smok Xpro M50 of which it stated would ship in 5 working days.
The change was agreed and I paid the additional charge via PP, I then sent another letter after 6 days had elapsed and I was told they would ship any day.
Again I emailed last night, requesting either the item is shipped or could you just refund the amount to my PP account, No reply?
Now I think I have been pretty patient, but it's now time to either dispatch the item pronto, or refund me
