Hangsen Concentrates

I recently got my bro to pick me up a couple of Hangsen concentrates from mist e liquids as he gets his juice supplies from them. I got red cola and highway (tried the premix of this and loved it).

On the suppliers website it says recommended 5 - 7% for all of their concentrates.... I've mixed some cola up at 10% (can't remember why I went higher but I did) and some highway at 5%. Both are still seaming to be on the bland side. They haven't had a long steep yet.

Question is does anyone have any experience with hangsen concentrates (the two I've mentioned in particular)? Could do with some guidance

I've not had any experience with Hangsen concentrates sonicflowjoe but I do know with most supplier recommended % I always need double or tripple the amount they recommend...

I use Hangsen USA Mix and use 12% in 100% PG, but you would need a little stronger if using VG or PG-VG mix

I tried the cola when I first started mixing and ended up near enough adding my nic straight into the concentrate as the flavour was weak at best. I didn't bother with any others!

Cheers for the replies. I figured the recommended percentages were probably off a bit... Why do they do that? The cynical side of me tells me it's a ploy to con you in to thinking the concentrate is better value than it really is... Then again maybe after a good long steep the flavour comes through more? I dunno...

Guess I'll trying upping the percentages to around the 10 - 15 mark and see how I fair.

From my experience with Hangsen concentrates, is that they are not truly a concentrate just 0% nic. I've mixed at 25 - 30 % just to get a good flavour in the past.
