Just an update of the original four flavours I mixed two were not good flavour wise coffee and pear both very weak in flavour despite using most of those concentrate. Two were good though blackcurrant and spearmint so progress made and I was a bit stingy with concentrate with this lot. Got three more steeping now with mainly UK flavours concentrate and one tobacco one for the wife black cherry, rhubarb and custard and highway been more generous with the flavouring so hopefully these will be good. None of them were unvapeable just a bit bland but I'm happy to keep plugging away and at least its not costing me much to experiment.

I found that the black cherry needs quite bit of steeping to be good as stand alone, think i had it sit for 3-4 weeks.
so far i like the most (from what i've tested):
RY4 double @10% Peach @20% Watermelon @20% French vanilla deluxe @10%
Black cherry @10% with 0.5-1% menthol liquid mixed in, Imo lot better with hint of menthol.

I'd seriously give chefs vapour rebranded range a try highly concentrated. Nice flavours. Tried a few so far not been dissatisfied with any of them. Start @3% watermelon wow 5% takes your head off lol.

I treated myself to a bottle of druids for Xmas and found the recipe for it on here so think that will be the next flavours I buy as I love that liquid just not the price lol. At one point or another I'll be trying most non tobacco flavours from many vendors but watermelon won't be one of them for some reason it makes me feel nauseous tried three different makes always the same weird but I guess we all have one flavour we can't get on with. Have cut my nic level from 18mg down to 12mg and nic liquid is lasting well still got over a quarter of original 100ml left and another half litre ready to go. Really happy right now with the taste and reduced cost of vaping now I build my own coils and make my own juice and gives me something to do with the too much time I have on my hands .

Will take your advice on the black cherry mikko thank you, tried the rhubarb and custard tonight curiosity got the better of me and it's a lovely vape rhubarb on the inhale subtle but nice custard on the exhale loving it and my first success with DIY. I used ukflavours concentrates with rhubarb at 15% and the custard at 10% 12mg nic and it really is giving the flavours without either being overpowering. Wives highway got another week before that's ready and black cherry got two weeks to go but taking some willpower not to load up a tank lol I've used more willpower not trying the mix then I ever did giving up analogues in the past.

Update as I promised all liquids were with ukflavours concentrates mixed a few batches up and again 50/50 in results what I can say is the triple strength is good for standalone mix both grape and strawberry are very smooth flavourful vapes 20% flavouring used in both strawberry is very much like fresh fruit taste rather then sweet type flavour whilst grape is just sweet enough and has a to me a floral odour I find it very nice. Black cherry 20% flavour is there but no sweetness and I like a bit of sweetness in my cherry so going to add two drops of etyhal maltol. Butterscotch at 20% is just not there will add another 10% flavouring and a drop of maltol to get that where i want it. Espresso there is a good flavour there but just not coming out at 20% so another I will add another 10% to try and get that upto a nice vape. Amaretto at 20% I'm only getting almond no other taste at all my plan for this one is to combine it with a brandy flavour also at 20% see if that is then an enjoyable vape. My next order of flavourings are on there way to me from the good folks at ukflavours on triple strength 20% gives plenty of taste and is very nice without being overpowering. Standard concentrates at 20% I find flavour a little lacking so will be playing around with those to find the sweetspot for me. All liquids are a 70% pg & 30% VG with 12mg nicotine base I used to vape 80/20 mixes so my homemade is a little bit smoother although I may alter ratios to 60/40 at some point as now and then a little harshness is there. Next time tutti frutti, orange, toffee, pear, peach and sweet cream which I'll be using to combine with fruit flavours. If anyone wants to know about a flavour before they order let me know if it's one I'm likely to order I'll get it and give as much info as I can on it but I only do one order a month of six flavourings max. Hope this is useful for someone .
