Just had ANOTHER conversation with them... it seems that unless you pay extra for upgraded shipping it will be sent surface mail with no tracking (cant work out why I've got a tracking number though)
Unless they come up with other 'unmissable' offers I reckon this will be my 1st & last purchase with them

I have suggested that they need to improve in certain areas before they can be considered alongside the 'main' players in the Chinese market.
I'll probably get another "Thank you for ordering with GearBest etc" response

So am I on the slider thing, but have Order Status = Shipped out, a pic of the package and a dispatch email, but no tracking. Just have to try and forget about it and hope it less than 2 months. |
