I have suprised myself GunJack coming up for 2 years, still get an occasional craving for a cig (still have about 5 left in a pack in the cupboard ) but never succumbed. Happily vaping away on 3mg and have ordered myself an evic mini and a tfv4 from fasttech for my anniversary *shopping*

Brilliant, thanks GunJack I will check if I have any coils for the protanks, if not I will pick up a couple before I see them. I can see me emptying my cupboard of all my old stuff, saves it going to waste and gets it out of my house

Hi All, I have not been active on the forum for a while, have occasionally lurked but not posted. I have been happily vaping on my DNA30, Coolfire iv, smok xpro m65 with either the goblins or subtank nano, depending on my mood and wicking skills!
I must admit, staying off here has saved me money, I think my shinyitis was getting too much!
I have been asked to help 2 people start vaping so was looking to see if anyone had any pointers? One, my niece's husband, has tried briefly before and has an istick (I presume 30w) but no tank, the other is his mother, who has never tried it.
I have some old gear that I am taking over so they can try before they buy, to see what sort of stuff works for them. I have some isticks that they can have and was going to take the nautilus minis which i have bought some new 1.6ohm coils for. I have some protanks, emows and others I can't remember now, is it worth taking those, are they still good to start out on? Can you still buy the coils? Any ideas of other kit for starting out now. It is 2 years since I started and so much has changed.
I have just got a few 18mg juices with my last order, but I think they may need higher, but at least they can try to see if it suits their taste and go in to a local vape shop to try others if not.
Does anyone have any advice how to introduce people to vaping? I am keen to help them both as it is my two great nephews living in the house with them.
Thanks in advance for any help. Red

I can see why you are worried. Some of us just get a bit of a vapours cough when we give up stinkies. But this, this is serious - do you know what running can do to you- bad knees, expensive running shoes and all that sweat. No, better to take @tedster 's advice. Sit down quietly for a vape or a beer. I hope you get well soon. Nick I can assure you that I have no intention of giving up the vaping or the beer, numbs the aching knees you see

Thanks PinkyPuff and each to their own but doing a class in a gym would be hell on earth to me I would much rather be outside rain or shine, and actually cover distance, no matter how slow! I have looked at some local running clubs that I may join in a few weeks

One week short of 12 months ago I gave up the stinkies and have vaped ever since. After following an old friend's beginning running journey on facebook I became inspired and yesterday I took my first step from couch to 5k It should be noted that apart from walking the dog (which is becoming slower and slower due to his age and joint issues) I am lazy mare So I went to my mum and dads, where the road is quieter and it is more level! and off I went with my app and a podcast for company. The most amazing thing was after 5mins brisk walk and 8 reps of jog 60 sec, walk 90 sec I had no problems breathing, 12 months ago I would have been wheezing and gasping for breath after the 5 mins brisk walk I managed the session and apart from a red face (it was 20 degrees ) I felt ok. I am on a rest day today, I have a bit of stiffness in my thighs but generally feel good. On to tomorrow and my next step to 5 k, let's see if in 9 weeks I have made it

charliehorse during the debate in the senedd yesterday, beaches in Pembrokeshire were mentioned in relation to this. He wants to hide us away to protect children from ever seeing someone smoke or vape

I don't think that people will listen too this ban even if it does happen, I don't vape in resteraunts but always vape when in shops and I wouldn't stop doing so, this is just another way of the government to make money for something pointless by giving out fines and wasted court dates. I know some of you may not agree but why not ban alcohol from shops, they solt me drink when I was 14 and there's always underage kids drinking on the streets and adults are the culprits not the kids because alcohol has been accepted as a norm in this day and age.. If I never drunk alcohol I would have never touched a cigarette so I smoked from about 14 until 20, I got bought a bottle of Jack Daniels for my 18th birthday its still in the cupboard right now, I've drunk alcohol twice since turning 18 both times having like 3 cans for a charity events for my friend, the money went to charity and there wasn't any other drinks for sale so that was that.. Now I'm 21 haven't drunk for over a year and feel a lot better than my best friend every day who is 20 and already been classed by his doctor as an alcoholic. Now things like this with vapeing turn me sick to my stomach! I wouldst much rather my child (not that I have one) vape than drink alcohol.. I think the point what I'm trying to say is this seems to be about the kids that could get involved but there's bigger things to stop them getting involved in than vaping!! By the way I'm not aiming at any one or trying to start a debate just saying my point of view, think I might contact my mp myself but then I would probably be wasting my time because the government never listen, could be worth a try though.. Will try and get a letter written asap as see what happens. It is definately worth a quick letter to your AMs, this is a really easy way to do it, just put in your post code, after you have sent, you need to verify the link in the email they send you and that's it. It will all help, there is a lot of opposition to this, our letters will help. www.writetothem.com/

I am currently going off my lemo v1s but am loving my lemo v2 and UD goblin. Is there anything similar to these two I should look at or do I just buy another of each?

Raffles Drakeford actually said in the senedd debate today, when asked why going for e cig ban and not targeting sugar in foods and drinks "because we can"
