The Kayfun I ordered on pre- sale 12/12/14 is now processing, dunno how long that lasts before they ship ( they took the payment 5 days ago)
Clouper mini box ordered at the same time still showing payment authorised, pre sale does not finish till 10/01/15 so I doubt we will see them before mid Feb.

Once logged into My Account, drop down menu top right, select My Orders for the Clouper mini it states the date order was made, total order value and Order status, this is where mine says Payment Authorised.
Do you not have any details shown for your order?

Just run a check on GearBest to see what their reviews are like, hmmm a lot of complaints about stuff not being shipped or item s of very poor quality. I sent them an email asking them when the Kayfun v 4 was shipping last night, with the holidays I guess it could be a few days before I hear back. According to the poor reviews they usually answer with be patient lol. I am not sure but thought the Kayfuns should have shipped just before Xmas

My one shows as "Payment authorised" Q, I did create the account before ordering then paid with PP, are you using the same email address that you order confirmation emails used the first one had a link to the order detail on (had the wrong price in the email).

I e-mailed them on the 24th,and they confirmed that they are still awaiting delivery of the KFV4 from the manufacturer.
Therefore not able to confirm shipping date. (not a very good situation, glad I used PP for payment, will give them until 7th Jan 2015 to confirm date, or I will cancel order and put claim in with PP).

Yep, exactly the same, I have confirmation email (with order no) & the Paypal email. I've raised a ticket with them, lets see what they have to say

Just found the problem I created my account with my gmail but Paypal has used the full version googlemail, the interesting thing is I can sign into Gearbest with either email, both of them can see the ticket I raised but only one can see my pre-order

I received an email regarding the Kayfun, Stating could I resend my delivery details and the item would be shipped out within 5 working days. Well 5 working days have now been and gone , I raised a ticket today.
I also have a Clouper on pre order, im starting to think id of been best with fastech for a few quid more.

I raised a ticket 2days ago. no reply whatsoever. (yet they could still send out emails for items to buy) i have requested they cancel both orders, lost all confidence in them. Clouper is still pending, so hopefully PP wont allow it to be processed. Also a wee search on the web (should have done this before buying ) has revealed a lot of disgruntled customers, with various issues, from no comms, to items not sent, the favorite seems to be delaying tactics.

A wee update, Gearbest replied to both tickets for the Kayfun and Clouper mod, Clouper now cancelled at my request, And refund being arranged for the Kayfun v4, in the email concerning the Kayfun, their excuse is they have not recieved any yet from the manufacturer, and there is no indication as to when they are likely to be in stock!
It seems to me that with this presale lark they are tempting folk with low prices, yet don't seem to have any stock at that time! Not a good business model IMO

Every vendor has the cloupor on pre sale car147? No doubt that Cloupor themselves are guessing as to when they can fill their own commitments too. Buying at these prices does have it's drawbacks. But this business model is used by them all, even the gigantic FT.
