I tried an ecig a couple of years ago and thought it tasted disgusting, but I've been persuaded to give it another go ... there is so much info in here though that I feel completely lost!

Can anyone recommend anything suitable for a 25 a day+ Marlboro smoker please? (I hate Virginia tobacco)

Anne, I don't think Marlboro are particularly strong, it's just that they're roasted tobacco rather than Virginia

I know quite a few people who've given up using Champix but I don't fancy using that

Hi Lindsey wishing you a warm welcome to the group ...looks like Chrissie has covered the suggestions pretty well... e-liquid flavours are a little more difficult to suggest as there are so many and everyone has their own tastes... only thing i would suggest is to buy small samples in various flavours to get an idea of what you like
