Vaporshark 40 and atlantis fitting

Sometimes vaping is like a conjurers slight of hand trick in that it's too easy to focus on the part of the problem that isn't, we have all done it and I keep doing it.

I unscrew, reattach and same message. Try firing.. Nothing.
Now it does recognise it eventually (seems to me when i hold VS horizontally to check display) but driving me mad why it does it... And only 50/50 does it ask if new head

You only getting this with the Atlantis atty? Try another while you still have guarantee on the VS

If the 40 floats yer boat/ and you make it work, then good, I'm chuffed for yer.

I'm not slagging the 40, I'm a fan of VS, my best buy is (rdna30).

It's down to what works for you.................

and the rdna30 with a kayfun/fogger/tayfun/rose/and my favourite............. the Lemo, they all work, and thats what I like, screw it on/find your W and it works.........

The rdna40 works for me as I never vape the same, some times I have i lug and put it down, other times I take 5 in a row, ie I'm inhaling while blowing out my nose. The latter on any other device with my Kayfun will result in a burnt hit at 20watts. It does do what it says on the tin, it protects me against the coil getting too hot. 

but yes I agree with you the 40 has had QC well under par from what I have read with regards to the older versions.

Yeah tried nautilus with nikel coils and no problems.. So maybe just the atlantis

And cleaned connections with vinegar as suggested but to no avail!

Do i have to lock vs before changing atty?

bunglebear No experience with your atty but can you lower the postive pin/screw?

I just stick the atty on and tell it if it's the same or new if asked, never locked mine.

No non adjustable pin
What i might do is turn temp control off., maybe that's interfering somehow?

mmmm...seems might be tightening too much, if i screw looser or tight and pull back quarter of turn, seems fine
