Picking them (chooks) up at end of the month! Seems this company was caught on the hop with inundated orders with the discount. To be fair, they're not the first ones (evkoo as an example)

Just read this on Facebook: FFS. Medusa Juice 3 mins · Hello guys and gals. With recent events as you all know we closed down our website. After our unfortunate delays with suppliers and many unhappy customers we decided that it is time to pass Medusa Juice into better hands. The new owners of medusa juice will be live in here and at the domain name www.medusajuice.co.uk as soon as they are up and running. Medusa juice has finally gotten a place in this market and we want to keep it here. We are positive the new owners can do so. We look forward to seeing the brand we set up forwarding into a new adventure with exciting prospects. Where does that leave us who have paid for juice. ???

I agree with @spikeyfridge - escalate straight away. IMHO I'd be very surprised if they do actually have new owners - sounds very dubious to me

Perpetua I have now also opened a claim to get a full refund. Pity as the juices ordered were of my favourite type of mixes. To all our members who saw my OP regarding these suppliers,and placed orders,I apologise it has led to this situation.

Hardly your fault jeffc! I follow all sorts of links and suggestions from members on here. Love a bargain when it happens. Pulling the company mid outstanding orders just smacks of unprofessionalism and a sort of panic

The Facebook page says that all orders will be dispatched before the exchange. Odd they say they only just got the bottles on the 8th Jan. jeffc - you only did what a lot of us would do, highlight a bargain. Nick

The Facebook page says that all orders will be dispatched before the exchange. Odd they say they only just got the bottles on the 8th Jan. jeffc - you only did what a lot of us would do, highlight a bargain. Nick The post after says they are still waiting for labels. I presume once they have them, liquids will be dispatched after pulling another allnighter to get it all ready. Maybe I'm too cynical but its sounding a bit too much hit and miss. I do have some sympathy for the company but I'm mainly shaking my head and rolling my eyes

It seems like they got the orders with a massive sale but before having any capability to deliver the juice. They didn't even have the bottles when they put the sale on. Hi Peeps. New company kept their word, my 5 juices arrived today. Pity they had no labels fitted onto bottles. All 5 are diff types of custard, which require steeping, and then try to identify. ??? KUDOS to the NEW owners. Now added to my juice supplier list.
