I use around 13 -15w on the istick with mini nautilus. I can go a little higher on a fresh coil but do sometimes burn it! 13w is probably the best spot for me personally.

So is it higher the Coil the more Watts/Voltage you can go ?

Most of us use watts because once you set the wattage it will adjust the voltage irrespective of the resistance of the atty, hence when you have found your sweet spot it will replicate it.
In general when I first used vv/ vw I started low, say 6 watts and then worked up until it was just right for me, then set that level.

link This is a brilliant guide by OneDay, really recommended for anyone wants to understand volts, watts and ohms.

With a fixed voltage if you change the resistance the watts will change, so the advantage of watts is that you should get a similar vape with different resistances (your device will alter the volts to get the wattage) where you would not with setting the volts.
